Active charcoal filter for use on Miele hood DA 3xxx in recirculation mode.
In addition to stainless steel grease filters, active charcoal filters are used for hoods in recirculation mode.
Unpleasant cooking odours can be neutralized by the active charcoal filters with their special micropores. By using your Miele hood in recirculation mode, please be aware that the operating hours counter is activated. When the grease or charcoal filters have reached maximum congestion, the operating hours counter indicates about the status of the filter.
Your Miele hood in recirculation mode can only work perfectly if you change the filters regularly. Usually they have to be changed every 3 or 4 weeks.
You can find all the details about the ideal care and cleaning of your Miele hood in the instruction manual.
Attention: A grease lubricated filter comprehends the danger of fire!
