Our After Sales Service Peace of mind - Miele in-house after-sales service
Buying a Miele product is buying a service of 20 years of performance. That includes that no matter what happens, somebody is always there for you.
On board their service vans Miele technicians carry an extensive stock of spare parts. And because Miele appliances are so long lived, parts and instruction books are held for 15 to 20 years after a model is discontinued, so even an "Oldie" can be repaired.
For a repair order, please indicate model designation and machine no. of the machine involved. These details ensure that we have the correct spares and tools on board to tackle your repair efficiently.
