It is part of a non-profit initiative aimed at bringing awareness to Hong Kong’s rich food heritage as part of celebrations to mark Miele’s 20 years in the city.

<< A traditional taste >>  is part of a non-profit initiative aimed at bringing awareness to Hong Kong’s rich food heritage as part of celebrations to mark Miele’s 20 years in the city. This beautiful book captures the very best of our city’s food. While we celebrate this, let’s also strive to take our love of food to the next level: to always minimise waste and ensure surplus food goes to feed those in need, not landfills.
