  • This offer is valid from 1st July, 2019 to 31st August, 2019
  • Offer only applies to purchases made directly from Miele (Hong Kong) or authorized dealers of Miele (Hong Kong). A list of authorized dealers can be found at www.miele.hk/en/domestic/find-a-dealer-384.htm
  • Purchases or deliveries made outside of Hong Kong are not eligible. Purchases made using instalment payments are not eligible.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. i.e. this offer does not apply to special sales events in which additional sales coupons or discounts are offered.
  • If, within 60 days of purchase, you are not totally satisfied with your Miele tumble dryer / dishwasher, you may return the unit (in the condition in which it was delivered, including all accessories, instructions and original packaging).
  • After verifying the authenticity of your claim and checking that the dryer / dishwasher returned is complete and in the condition in which it was delivered, Miele will provide a refund.
  • The amount reimbursed when claiming the money-back offer is the actual purchase price of the device, as clearly evidenced by the purchase invoice for the device in question, up to the recommended retail price for the device.
  • In the case of credit card payments made via Miele (Hong Kong), refunds are processed via the credit card centre only, and the full credit card number should be provided. If not, your refund will be processed by cheque only.
  • Additional costs such delivery costs, installation costs, insurance, etc., are not part of the money-back guarantee and are therefore not refundable.
  • Each delivery (& installation) address is only eligible for a single one-time refund.
  • By lodging a claim under this offer, the claimant excludes Miele from any liability, loss or damage resulting from or arising in connection with the offer to the extent permitted by law.
  • Employees of the company Miele and their relatives are not eligible to participate in money-back offer.
  • Should there be any disputes, the decision of Miele (Hong Kong) Ltd shall be final.
