1) 銀耳浸清水30分鐘,瀝乾。鴨腎、豬腱切小塊,以沸水略燙,沖冷水瀝乾。蘋果去芯切小塊。

2) 所有材料放燉盅內,注入沸水蓋面,放Miele蒸爐以100℃蒸2小時即可。
