Preparation1) Cut the ribs into bite-size pieces. Cut each sea conch in half. Blanch pork ribs and sea conches in boiling water. Rinse in cold water. Drain well.

2) Put all ingredients (except the goji berries) in a double-steaming pot. Add cold drinking water to cover. Cover with the lid and steam in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 2 hours.

3) Wash and drain the goji berries. Add them to the soup. Cover with the lid and steam in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 15 more minutes. Season with salt and serve hot.

1) 西施骨切成小塊,急凍螺頭切成兩半, 以沸水略燙後過冷河瀝乾待用。

2) 除杞子外將所有材料放進有蓋燉盅內,注入清水至僅蓋面,加蓋放入Miele蒸爐以100oC蒸2小時後取出。

3) 將洗淨瀝乾的杞子加入湯內,再放入Miele蒸爐以100oC蒸15分鐘, 即可加入少量幼鹽調味享用。
