Preparation1) Mix the dough ingredients in a large bowl and knead till well combined. Put the dough in a lightly greased stainless steel pan. Steam in Miele Puresteam at 100°C for 20 minutes.
2) Stir the dough well with a wooden spoon until soft and well combined. Let cool and wrap in cling film. Refrigerate for later use.
3) Place the chocolate chips and cream cheese in an oven-safe bowl. Cover with microwave-safe cling film. Steam in Miele Puresteam at 50°C for 20 minutes until melted.
4) Stir the chocolate cream cheese mixture well with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in the crushed Ferrero Rocher and crushed hazelnut.
5) Divide the dough into 20 equal pieces. Roll into balls in your palms. Wrap some filling in and seal the seam well. Roll into balls. Sprinkle corn starch to coat evenly. Serve.

1) 將糯米糬皮料放入大碗中拌勻,把粉漿倒入已塗油的不鏽鋼盤中,放入Miele蒸爐以100℃蒸20分鐘。
2) 把已蒸熟的糯米糬皮料取出,趁熱以木匙攪拌至軟滑後以保鮮紙包裹,放進雪櫃冷藏備用。
3) 將純朱古力粒連同忌廉芝士放入耐熱碗,以耐熱保鮮紙加蓋放入Miele蒸爐以50℃蒸20分鐘至朱古力溶解。
4) 將蒸溶的朱古力取出,以木匙攪拌至軟滑,再加入金莎朱古力碎及榛果仁碎攪拌成餡心材料。
5) 把糯米糬皮料分成20小份,放入適量餡心包成球狀,表面再灑上栗粉即可享用。
