PreparationIn a soup bowl, put in all mushrooms, pumpkin, garlic and seasoning. Pour chicken stock over. Steam in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 30 minutes. Puree the mixture with a hand blender over high speed for 30 seconds until fine. Garnish with a dash of whipping cream.


Tips1) Steam whole garlic cloves at 100°C for 60 to 80 minutes until soft. Their sweetness is heightened and the pungency is subdued after steamed.
