Hairy crab and assorted mushrooms on multigrain rice (serves 2 to 3) 薑蔥鮮菌大閘蟹配雜穀飯(2至3位份)

Preparation1) Wash rice and drain. Put in a bowl. Add warm water and soak for 30 minutes. Stir in 2 tbsp of grated ginger. Steam in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 40 minutes.

2) Dress crab and chop into pieces. Put in a bowl. Stir in 1 tbsp of grated ginger, shredded spring onion, assorted mushrooms and seasoning.

3) Arrange the crab and condiments over the rice. Steam in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 15 more minutes. Serve.
