PreparationWash and drain quinoa. Add the same amount of water. Steam quinoa in water and diced sweet potato in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 20 minutes. Set aside. Add gochujang and seasoning to remaining ingredients. When 8 minutes of the pre-set cooking time remain, spread the seasoned ingredients over the bed of quinoa and sweet potato. Mix all ingredients well. Serve.
