PreparationSteam the egg in Miele puresteam at 65°C for 30 to 45 minutes. Set aside. In a bowl, put in distillers grains, candied osmanthus and bird’s nest. Steam in Miele puresteam at 100°C for 5 minutes. Shell the egg and put it into bird’s nest mixture before serving.
