PreparationWhisk the egg whites with chicken stock, pepper and sesame oil. Pass through a mesh strainer to remove the foam. Stir in the ham and bird’s nest. Save in a steaming dish. Steam in Miele puresteam at 90°C for 15 minutes until set. Serve.

蛋白加入清雞湯、胡椒粉及麻油打勻,濾去泡沫,加入火腿蓉及燕窩略拌。盛入碟中,放入Miele蒸爐以90℃蒸15分鐘至凝固即可。
