Induction wok

TepanYaki

Deep fat fryer
If you love crispy, juicy specialities, then the deep fat fryer is for you. The temperature reached indicator shows when the target oil temperature has been reached, for safe preparation and optimum cooking results. This prevents the build-up of acrylamides. You can use the deep fat fryer with more than just oil. With the help of the pasta insert you can prepare your favourite pasta quickly and easily.
Scales
The scales blend in perfectly with the rest of the CombiSet range. The robust black safety glass can also be used for extra surface space. The scales also feature a high-contrast display and practical tare function.
Salamander grill
The salamander grill is a genuine all-rounder from the commercial kitchen. It is ideal for caramelising, gratins and browning toppings. Functional highlight: the Miele salamander grill appears at the push of a button and disappears back into the worktop when no longer needed.
