Appliances not shown in app

The Miele appliances are not shown in the Miele app.

You have set up different user accounts on your mobile devices.

You are using several mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) in your home network.

Use the same user account to log in on all mobile devices.

There is an installation fault, e.g. after restoring a mobile device from a backup (device change).

Uninstall the Miele app.

Reinstall the Miele app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Log in again on the Miele app with your login details.

A correction has been made to the customer data.

Log out of the Miele app (Profile > Profile settings > Log out).

Log in again on the Miele app with your login details.

The home network ID (Group ID) does not match other domestic appliances in your user account.

Reset the network settings on your domestic appliance (see operating instructions for the domestic appliance).

Re-network (pair) your Miele domestic appliance.
