Fault code 3.1.1 / Connection fault

Your smartphone has lost its connection to your Miele appliance. The Miele app displays the message Connection fault and the fault code 3.1.1.

Your smartphone is outside the WiFi range of the domestic appliance. The domestic appliance shows Waiting for app.

Move the smartphone into the WiFi range of the domestic appliance.

If the problem persists, select Back to second step.

The app attempts to reconnect to the Miele domestic appliance WiFi.

The Miele domestic appliance WiFi is deactivated. The domestic appliance shows Connection failed.

Tap the cross at the top left of the app to cancel the pairing process.

Tap Add appliance to restart the pairing process.

The Local network app permission is deactivated on the iOS device.

Open the settings of your iPhone or iPad.

Activate the Local network app permission.
