After restoring an Apple mobile device from an iCloud backup or a local backup (e.g. via Finder or iTunes), it may not be possible to log in to the Miele app. Restoring from a backup may result in certain app data not being transferred correctly. The function of the Miele app is impaired and login is prevented.
Delete the Miele app completely from your Apple mobile device.
Reinstall the Miele app from the App Store.
Start the Miele app and log in again with your Miele login (e-mail address and password).
